Thank you for shopping at Easy Baby. We care deeply about your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience worry-free. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the items meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
Items must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
A valid proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, baby feeding accessories, diapers, skincare products, and undergarments are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If paid by Cash on Delivery, we will arrange a bank transfer refund. Bank details will be requested.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us first to confirm availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. If it has already been shipped, you may proceed with a return after receiving the package.
